Certified Professional Life Coach (with specialization in health and wellness), and Certified Health Counselor.
At FITmethod 413, JT is raising the bar for the fitness industry by constantly refining and advancing his training model to help his clients achieve and maintain a healthy mind, body and spirit. According to JT, “There’s not a body without a mind, nor a mind that’s not guided by a spirit.
They both work together in direct correlation and harmony. I believe that this is the missing link to fitness. Most fitness professionals focus too much on the physical aspect, but neglect the significance of nutrition, and more importantly, totally ignore the mind, and the spirit.”
