Our Classes


Class Description- HIIT

Our unique, strength-focused, high intensity interval training classes engage the entire body, and will have you pushing harder than you thought you could! You will never see the same workout twice!

MONDAY - PUSH

Our PUSH workouts will start your week off right by getting your body moving and heart pumping! Focus will be on your chest, shoulders, triceps, and core.

Focus: Chest/Shoulders/Core/Cardio

TUESDAY – FULL BODY

Tuesday's Full Body workout is fast, fun and fierce. Unleash your inner athlete and torch calories by working every part of the body.

Focus: Resistance Training/Push/Legs/Pull/Core/Cardio-Conditioning

WEDNESDAY – LEGS, CORE

Strengthen and tone your lower body in this dynamic, leg-focused workout. Strong legs set the foundation for a strong body!

Focus: Legs/Core/Cardio/Conditioning

THURSDAY – FULL BODY

Thurday's Full Body workout is fast, fun and fierce. Unleash your inner athlete and torch calories by working every part of the body.

Focus: Resistance Training/Push/Legs/Pull/Core/Cardio-Conditioning


FRIDAY – PULL

The Pull workout is designed to strengthen your "reaching" muscles in the upper and lower body. "Pull" is the counterpart to our "Push" workout, and will improve posture while strengthening some of the largest muscles in the body. Both "Push" and "Pull" are critical for full body development.

Focus: Back/Bicep/Core/Cardio

SATURDAY – BODY ATTACK

Saturday's workout will incorporate exercises from the previous week for an "all-in-one" sweat session. You will get another chance to master the week's movements while focusing on full-body strength.

Focus: Resistance Training/Push/Legs/Pull/Core/Cardio-Conditioning/Yoga


SUNDAY – SABBATH

Rest is an important part of fitness! To encourage rest, we are closed on Sunday; allowing you to recharge for another week of workouts.
