This is a highly effective Functional Circuit Training workout routine that rotates through a series of three circuits and three rounds, combining aerobic and functional circuit training exercises.

  • Our Group Circuit Training sessions are 50 minutes long, and classes are intentionally kept small; consisting of no more than 12 people per session. This allows our coaches to provide effective assistance and support, while maintaining the energy of a group workout. See our schedule here .
